The Tidepool wasn’t created to replace any of the other popular content platforms. In fact, this website is uniquely different as it prohibits any purchasable media content nor the ability to process sales transactions. All payments and content transfers must be processed outside of this platform, to be determined by buyer and seller.
Members of the Tidepool save money while receiving unfettered access to the disabled content creators they want to work with. Content creators on the Tidepool don’t have to forfeit 10-20% of each sale just for the right to sell content. It’s truly a win-win situation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, of course! All transactions are processed safely and securely via Stripe and you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel, navigate to your account page and click the SUBSCRIPTION tab.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for Tidepool subscriptions. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time after joining to avoid being charged for future months.
